XENON 4K Graphics / Video / Display Blanking Issues [SOLVED]

*SOLUTION* found months later

If having KODI running in Windows 11, and after clicking on an IPTV TV show, and your entire TV (monitor) screen blanks out, then returns to view normally, then blanking once again after hitting stop, it's the TV's HDR spazzing out.

The "Fix" : XENON SETTINGS -> KODI SETTINGS -> PLAYER -> VIDEOS - scroll down to Adjust Display HDR Mode - disable it (by clicking on it the toggle button should go from blue to black)

If you disable this you shouldn't run into this issue again
