Thank you. So changing the security in the router settings from 'wpa2', to 'wpa + wpa2' is all i need to do ? After i did so, it kicked me off the internet for a second, and currently their website wont let me access the router settings to make sure that the changes were saved. The wifi still wont let me access DLHD.click on my phone or computer. I'll try unplugging the router in a bit after some little league world series.

Thank you!

Wpa + wpa2 sounds like double the security = )

No, your looking to disable the internet protection feature.

I noticed today, that daddylive has changed their address to thedaddy.dad and now my internet brings it up fine.

Would you guess that the add-on will be modified too then, so that it will start working again for the people whos isp's have blocked it ?

Thanks

Daddylive is still working just fine. I dont understand why you wont just login to your router and disable the internet security setting? Thats all you have to do, so why dont you just do it already?

I asked you if you had an idea on how i could do it, and you sent me directions on how to change the wifi password security from wpa2, to wpa + wpa2.

On optimum, when you hover over the category 'internet' there is a section that says 'internet protection', but when i did so, it looked to me like it was just a summary of how optimum is protecting you from scams, etc, and click here to learn more about how optimum uses mcafee, etc... i didnt see any type of toggle things to turn protection on or off.

I called tech support earlier telling them i want it off, and they told me optimum blocks certain sites once its flagged for copyright issues.... like sorry, out of our hands.

Thanks, and if you have any suggestions or instructions i could try, i'll check back

Ok, guess your only option is to use your own router, use a VPN, or use a different live tv addon.

Alright, thanks.

A week ago, i couldnt even bring up daddylive's website over my isp, so maybe the add-on will start working for me too soon.

I've used proton vpn before to watch a japanese mma event, and it worked fine. But i think they put a time limit to how much you can use it per day ? And that was over my computer, will have to research how to use a vpn on a streaming device.

Thanks

The vpn works wonderfully, i can access and play daddylive now, as well as movie file sites on 99 diggz that it wouldnt let me play before.

Thank you for the suggestion !!
