Url not working

I know Affenity is an old addon but I like it and have always been able to add to my builds using, "https://kodifitzwell.github.io/repo/packages ". For the last couple of days, this doesn't work. Why? Is there any other way, maybe?

Download it then go to Addons > Install from zip file.

Then open your build, go to Addons > Install from zip file, and navigate to it.

Thanks for video. Sorry but I don't know how to get to that except on a browser. After that I don't know how to add to kodi. I only know how to type the old url in file Manager then install from zip.
