the free xenon

The free xenon is not showing a movie banner. I uninstall the old one, reinstall a new one, and the same thing happens on both my PC and Fire TV Stick. All movies say one or more of the items failed to play. This is happening in all movies. All other parts are working, sports, TV, music, but no movies

Hello cant seem to get the WNBA on diggz xeon free? any help would be appreciated
