Re-Add menu items

So I have been customizing my menus pretty heavily to suit my setup and I accidently erased a few that I need and I cant find them for the life of me.
For example in the TV GUIDE section. I can't find how to re-add stuff like TV TAP US+UK or J TV
They simply dont show up in any of my options..
Is there an easy way to add them back or what are my options?
