Defaults back to 18 ugly anime screen and bogus layout. Did not ask for update when asked. Downloaded program again, now blank screen. Errors for backgrounds, weather, layout. Now going to go through hassle of starting over with different build

Keeps reverting BACK to 18 in proverbial loop.
Every 'update' takes hours to redo layout, trakt, RD, menus, favs and THEN get a screen of "oh, really *&+$ed up" and impossible to get back to wizard mid power (and away from stupid looking girl).
